1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup Waldbee Honey with Cinnamon
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Cream margarine, peanut butter, brown sugar, and honey. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Stir in rolled oats and peanuts. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes. Yields 4-5 dozen cookies
