The Waldner family were members of a Manitoba Hutterite Colony until 2000, when the family decided to strike out on their own. Father and son, Elias and Philip Waldner began Waldbee Honey Farms Inc. in 2004. It is a family affair that has been the backbone of this successful venture. Elias and his wife Marian, their son Philip and his wife Julia and their four young daughters, all play a part in the business.
