1 lb shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/4 yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp Waldbee Honey with Ginger
salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil and red pepper flakes in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onions, garlic and Waldbee Honey with Ginger and cook till onions are opaque. Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes, stirring as needed until shrimp are pink and opaque. Serve immediatly over rice or cooked vegetables.
