2 cups Waldbee Creamed Honey
4 tsp. baking soda
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
4 egg yolks
1/2 lb butter, softened
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. dry yeast dissolved in 1/4 cup warm milk
8 cups flour
Gently heat honey, add baking soda, let cool. Mix egg yolks and sugar together. Beat in butter, lemon juice, milk, salt, and dissolved yeast. Add flour, mix well. Put in refrigerator overnight, well covered. Roll out to about 1/2" thickness cut with cookie cutters. Bake till brown in 350F oven, about 15 minutes.
