Ginger Honey Chicken Breasts

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts

2 tbsp Waldbee Honey with Ginger

1-2 tbsp Dijon mustard

4 tbsp water

2-4 garlic cloves peeled and crushed

salt to taste

fresh ground black pepper to taste

1/2 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)


Preheat the oven to 350F. Place chicken breasts in a sturdy baking dish, preferably non-stick. In a bowl combine the honey, mustard, water, crushed garlic and cayenne pepper. Pour over the chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper. Bake for 45-60 minutes. Serve with sauce drizzled over the chicken and fresh parsley.
